To speak about sustainable development has become very modern issue, however biggest part of society has different opinion and understanding about this question. Aim of the work is to give explanation of sustainable construction development necessity as well as to identify problems of sustainable construction development of new residential houses and to offer solutions. At the beginning of the work common development tendencies of national economy and construction field in recent years have been analyzed showing significant decrease of residential houses’ construction volumes.
