The rapid development of fiber-optic telecommunications system is taking place due to the rapid increase in demand for data exchange on the one hand and the development of various technologies on the other. Different technological solutions are being searched for increasing the information transmission capacity of communication systems. As one of workable solutions is the use of new materials for information optical processing and transmission, such as metamaterials.
