The estimation of efficiency of investments in updating of accommodation has the features, caused, foremost that an accommodation is the object of the special social meaningfulness.Houses in Latvia have considerable potential of increase of energy efficiency, within the framework of which it is possible considerably to shorten the consumption of energy accommodation and decrease payments of lodgers for energy.The EU distinguished to Latvia money which are foreseen for the increase of energy efficiency of houses Latvia.
