Scratch Resistance of Transparent Conductive Oxide Film on Polymer Substrate

In this paper, ITO coating on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film is investigated. The coating was deposited by magnetron sputtering in a roll-to-roll vacuum coater. Mechanical properties of samples with different coating thicknesses were studied using nano-scratch tests.
