Needs for Knowledge Management in Commercial Banks

One of the characteristics of modern economies is that, rather than the traditional factors of production, but knowledge is the key value-added and creator of the organization's competitive advantage, thus marking a new era of knowledge economy as one of the main and primary capital formation resources in putting intellectual capital. This article aims, first, to reflect the commercial staff competence levels and secondly to determine the impact on intellectual capital indicators of commercial banks. The study used the following methods: Content analysis of statistical data processing, etc. Methodology - A study of the hypotheses of intellectual capital on the financial indicators were examined through questionnaires and compilation of years of commercial accounts. The results obtained confirm that each commercial bank is a differing intellectual capital indicators and that they can influence financial performance.
