Competitiveness as complex economic category can be analyzed and evaluated in in several management levels: the goods and services, competitiveness of the company (manufacturer or service provider) competitiveness of industry competitiveness, national competitiveness. Each level can deliver to identify the different factors that influence competitiveness.
It should be noted that among all these analytical levels of competitiveness there is a strong internal and external relationship, therefore, important to assess the competitiveness of each of these levels and characterize factors.
