Human capital plays a decisive role in each country's growth Human capital is not a traditional source of capital and financial assets and physical capital. Previously the company's competitiveness and prosperity was the capital goods and other tangible value, whereas nowadays, people's knowledge, skills and competences. Human capital potential, the quantity and quality can be analyzed irmantojoet two different integrated indicators: Human Development Index and European Human Capital Index.
