The given report summarizes and analyzes the existing heat pump experience of Latvia, European Union, the United States and other regions. Developed a number of recommendations and conclusions, the observance of which would avoid some of the traditional errors in heat pump system applications and the technical feasibility assessment, implementation and operation.
