Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Dormitory Building with Aim of EnerPHit Renovation

Paper presents results from post-occupancy evaluation of dormitory building (hotel) with aim to achieve very low energy building (EnerPHit)standard. The initial phase of construction is complete and the first students have moved into the building. In the paper suitable renovation solutions for Latvia cold climate to reach very low energy building (EnerPhit) standard also are presented.
