Telework Potential for Rural Development in Latvia

European experience has shown that one of the instruments of economic activity in regions could be development of remote work centers or telecentres. These centers, where workplaces equipped with ICT and WIFI are availbale exist in different European countries. The range of centres is very wide, ranging from simple call centers have been set up outside the metropolitan areas, and in which workers provide a variety of information and telemarketing services to the joint work places (co-working spaces or work Hubei ang.val.), which are located in the business incubators or universities.
