The 21st century global economy is characterized by dramatic changes that began as early as the 20th end. These changes are manifested as significant changes in the structure of the economy, which is also influenced by the structure of employment. In developed countries, a key sector for getting the service, while a number of labor-intensive sectors of businesses are being moved to countries with lower costs, but instead spawn new industries that require highly skilled labor force, but the product is with high added value.
