The Influence of Real Estate Market Development on the Property Development in Latvia

The development of the economy demands from all participants of the market the fast adaptation to changes and productive decision-making. The research focus is to identify the main problems of real estate market development in Latvia that affects property development. The rationale of the subject results from an effect that real estate market development makes for national economy and has high social significance. In the research there have been used comparative, historical, statistical methods and the method of enumeration. The conducted analysis will help to define the most important real estate development problems, connected with and some preventive measures for regulation.
