Sustainable Development of the Housing Policy in Latvia

21st of June, in 1995 there has been passed a law about privatization of the country and local government houses with the aim to reform in country: all state and local government flats are handed over privatization like separated property - apartment and an undivided share from the common property. Very important is to evaluate the realization of the existing reform, the choice of the property type, compare the hypothesis if there would be chosen an undivided property type – how it would affect the policies of houses.
