New Achievements in the Chemistry of Triazolyl Purine Nucleosides

Synthesis of novel 2- and 6-alkyl/arylthiopurine derivatives was developed. Reactions were carried out between 2,6-diazidopurine, 2,6-dichloropurine and 2,6-bis-triazolylpurine derivatives and different S-nucleophiles. In the case of 2-alkyl/arylthio-azidopurines the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions with alkynes have been made and novel purine-triazole conjugates were obtained.
