Vibration Testing of Lubricating Oil Viscosity

Nonlinear vibration method for the analysis of liquid viscosity is proposed. Method is based on monitoring of resonant oscillations of sensor placed into the vessel with testing liquid. Vibration string viscometer is developed. Elastic elements (strings) of the viscometer are placed in a homogeneous field of permanent magnets, and thanks to this the sensitivity of testing is increased.
