The collective monograph is prepared within the National Research Program 5.2. “Economic Transformation, Smart Growth, Governance and Legal Framework for the State and Society for Sustainable Development - a New Approach to the Creation of a Sustainable Learning Community (EKOSOC-LV)”, which was the 5th direction of 6 priority directions of fundamental and applied research in science approved for 2014-2017: sustainable development of government and society (society, governance, resources, national economy, demography, environment).
