The work contains a detailed basic results analysis of the research into the development of new technologies for biologically compatible implant coatings creation, which possess specific chemical, mechanical, tribological, and biological characteristics. The research aims to accelerate the adaptation of implants in human body and considerably prolong their service life. The development of bioactive nanostructural coatings and new generation products for the increase of bone-tissue compatible bioimplants quality is defined as a basic aim of further research. There are defined the basic objectives of the research, which include the development of new technologies for the creation of nanostructured coatings containing different microelements; the creation of products prototypes and industrial design; the evaluation of different characteristics of the coatings including their biocompatibility and bactericidal activity.
