The Regulations is intended for students who undertake the study course “Evaluation of Technical State of Buildings and Structures” (study project) performed by the Institute Civil Construction and Real Estate Economics of Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management, RTU , during the development of which it is intended to develop and defend project work - a evaluation of the technical state of the building or structures.
