The relevance of the research and its significance are being determined by the fact that changes in economic and environmental development could affect the tendencies of the development of the real estate market and construction industry, and entrepreneurship within these sectors. As time passes, the participants of real estate sectors face numerous challenges, and it could be useful to find the possible improvement opportunities for economic analysis and management. The aim of the research is to analyse the factors affecting the real estate market, construction industry, and related entrepreneurship in changing environment in the context of sustainable economic and environmental development, paying particular attention to the tendencies within these sectors. The literature, historical, comparative analysis and logical access methods have been used in the research. The results and recommendations could be applied to the improvement of the overall economic development of the real estate market and construction industry.
