Attemts to mathematically model functioning of gene regulatory
network are multiple, using various mathematical objects and tools. To
describe evolution of a network, the most appropriate approach is using the
differential equations. In this paper we consider the six-dimensional system
and its subsystems: three-dimensional systems and four-dimensional systems.
Examples are provided. The software Wolfram Mathematica and Graphia was
used.
