Basic Conceptual Principles of Planning Marketingi in the Construction Business in Latvia

The present article reflects guidelines of the contractor’s entrepreneurship based upon the results of scientific research. The relevance of the issue is connected with the importance of civil construction of the economical growth of the state. Besides, the civil construction determines mostly development of the region. The growth of the volume of construction products and the rise of prices is an evidence of a quick development of branch up to the 2007. The current development of C points to the appropriate state policy measures necessity to regulate construction advancement. To put briefly problems of the contractor’s entrepreneurship within the last 5 years the most impacting power is regarded to be marketing, its measures and planning. Described marketing planning measures to be used in the contractor’s entrepreneurship are ordered informatively logically in the summarizing model. The results of the research drawn together point out big importance of the marketing planning for successful contractor’s entrepreneurship.
