The goal of the present research is to analyze the information resource from an entrepreneur’s standpoint. The task of this work is to find out new methods of information resource evaluation. Authors employ well-established quantitative and qualitative methods of research In the research authors analyze the role of information resources in business competitiveness. Authors give analyses of regional situation and offer methods for information and knowledge evaluation in entrepreneurship. This research aims at investigations about the information, knowledge, innovations and entrepreneurship and their correlation.
