Inductive learning enables to use machine procedures for the classification of objects of interest into predefined groups or classes. Study subjects of a study course may be viewed as a knowledge classification where each subject is relatively independent in terms of its title, running time and other parameters. However, in terms of contents several subjects may overlap. Therefore interactive inductive learning is applied in order to handle classification difficulties caused by conceptual overlapping of study subjects.
