Education and research is required for future economic, social and cultural prerequisite for development. To cultivate and develop their creativity, is necessary for the educational system, which contribute to this process. The concept of education is closely linked to the concept of knowledge, with the creation and acquisition. Rapidly changing era of knowledge-based learning is important to get not so much specific knowledge in a particular field, the ability to learn, to learn effective methods of teaching, the ability to learning and innovative thinking. For this to happen, mainly university to learn the theory, the ability to learn, and meet new challenges
