Quality of service guarantees have attracted a lot of
research interest in the past decade as real-time applications are
sensitive both to delay and loss. Dynamic management of system
parameters like bandwidth and buffer capacity allows to gain
essential performance benefits while quality of service guarantees
are met. Recently, a method of admission control based on
measurements (MBAC) have received a wide recognition. The
present paper shows several solutions to minimize possible errors
of flows parameters estimation which is critical for making the
correct decision about a new flow allowance.
