Multiple Stress Creep Recovery Test of Bituminous mixture
Aina Bernava, Remo Merijs-Meri

Multiple Stress Creep Recovery (MSCR) test of bituminous mixture with bitumen 70/100 in a composition with 15% recycled bitumen was done using Test Dynamic Shear Rheometer (DSR) Anton Paar RheoCompass™ equipment, according AASHTO T 350-14 Standard Method. This test method covers the determination of percent recovery and no recoverable creep compliance of asphalt binders by means of the Multiple Stress Creep Recovery (MSCR) test. The MSCR test is performed at 58 ° C; the two measurements were taken on the same day with repeated measurements immediately after the first. 60 cycles per stress level: shear stress loading 0.1 kPa and 3.2 kPa for 1- second loading and 9‐second rest period were applayed. The percent recovery value is intended to provide a means for determining the elastic response and stress dependence of modified and unmodified asphalt binders.
