MSCR analysis of bitumenous mixture PMG 45/ 80-55
Aina Bernava, Remo Merijs-Meri

Multiple Stress Creep Recovery (MSCR) test of bituminous mixture PMG 45 80_55 was done using Test Dynamic Shear Rheometer (DSR) Anton Paar RheoCompass™ equipment, according to AASHTO T 350-14 Standard Method. This test method covers the determination of percent recovery and no recoverable creep compliance of asphalt binders by means of the Multiple Stress Creep Recovery (MSCR) test. 60 cycles per stress level: shear stress loading 0.1 kPa and 3.2 kPa for 1- second loading and 9‐second rest period were applied. The percent recovery value is intended to provide a means for determining the elastic response and stress dependence of modified and unmodified asphalt binders. The MSCR test is performed at 58 ° C temperature, the two measurements were taken one after the other on the same day.
