Taekwon-Do is a martial art with a complex structure of technical action, where speed and technique are dictated by the laws of physics. Anthropometric parameters of an athlete influence biomechanical parameters of technique. The choice of methods and means for improving technique and speed qualities shall be coordinated with the specific body structure.
