In article is considered the influence of shape of the edges and speed of relative movement of parts during the assembly process with using of vibrations on the size of the permissible error of their relative orientation. During the vibrational assembly of parts with rounded edges, depending on the speed of relative movement of the parts in a plane perpendicular to the direction of the assembly, the ratio of the value of assembly effort, efforts of the clamp and vibrator , as well as the frictional force can take place three different cases of assembly for which are received basic calculated dependences.
