Some problems of the electromechanical impedance method for structural health monitoring of aircraft are analyzed. The effect of structural damage to dynamic properties of a structure and piezoceramics transducer is considered. 1-D partial model of constrained PZT is developed and is given its generalization for any kinds of structural element. The example of model application for effect of crack estimation to dynamics properties and the EMI is presented.
