Anotācija Darbā pētītas plakano induktīvo elementu dizaina izveides variācijas, to priekšrocības un trūkumi, parādītas dažādas dizaina izveides iespējas, to automatizācija. Rakstā doti vairāki plakanās spoles dizaina variāciju aprēķini, izveidoti dizaina paraugi. Rakstā dota plakanās spoles dizaina parauga tehniskā specifikācija, kurā uzrādīti tās fizikālie raksturlielumi un izveides parametri. Raksturoti pamatpaņēmieni un noteikumi, kas jāievēro plakano induktīvo elementu dizaina izveidē.
Anotācija angļu valodā The aim of this research is to elaborate the design of planar inductor and to provide an example of design process. Planar coils are used as planar inductors. In the paper, different materials, structures and forms used for designing the planar inductor are described. Experimental part of this research provides elaboration, description, evaluation and comparison of different planar coils. Needlework (as embroidery, crochet, etc.) is used to integrate conductive threads into clothing elements, and it is the basic technique of planar coil creation in this research. Handicrafts in comparison with CNC machine needlework are more time- and material-consuming, but nevertheless the result of sample is more sophisticated and individual. In order to study the energy harvesting devices with planar structure and their integration into the clothes, the planar coils are implemented as functional design samples. The technical specification of planar coil is given. There are several descriptors in the technical specification: title, technology and/or method of implementation, materials used, form and physical parameters (as number of turns, mass, density, resistance, max voltage, power, and length of impulse). For example, design of crocheted planar coil is evaluated and this coil has the following parameters: resistance ~ 0.7 Ω, max voltage generated 0.119V, power developed 1.04mW, length of impulse 0.0451 sec. The form of generated impulse is gained in frequent magnet move over coil inducing the pulses of voltage. Description of main methods for planar coil as a design element in garment is provided in the paper. As a result, several samples are created, and their description is provided in the paper. Depending on the number of planar coil turns and its form, the energy harvested from this element differs. For some techniques, the turns of planar coil should be isolated.
