The objective is to carry out a detailed underwater vehicle design features and flotation analysis and preparation of suggestions for the design. Different methods of analysis are used to reach the objective of work: analysis of existing projects, underwater vehicle theory analysis, analysis of previous researches, research of streamlined body shape and strength. Underwater vehicle design was studied in work and recommendation for the design, suggestion for the construction of ballast tanks were made. Depth categories were development to ensure effective use of underwater devices. Main underwater vehicle theoretical values were development during the research, analysis and previous design experience. The displacement, submerging and surfacing of vehicle were studied during optimization capabilities of the underwater vehicle design.
