This paper presents a new methodology for creation of
an aggregate electrical network model by means of elimination
voltage and frequency dependent load nodes. Thereby, this
methodology allows eliminating all load nodes of distribution
network, for example on the middle voltage, taking into account
its load characteristics dependent on voltage and frequency.
Authors proposed methodology is based on Jordan’s elimination
that allows automatically to join electrical losses in the eliminated
branches to the aggregate loads. The technique described above
can be applied for the reduction of large power networks. The
obtained aggregate load characteristics fully keep the system
behavior in steady state and transient process of the all
eliminated loads. Results of case studies are presented using
Eurostag software.
