In managerial theory and practice, opportunities for defining measurable keys for successful organizational change are being searched. An interest along these lines is the formulated “change gene”, which provides the organization with a serious strategic advantage by change and includes the following 5 elements: purpose formulation, leadership, structure, capabilities, culture. This model is an assessment of change management instrument in the organization. Through finding the problematic areas sequence formulation for improving activity decisions in the examined direction is possible by creating a busy and trustful atmosphere for the individuals who are responsible for accomplishing changes in the organization.
