This paper continues studying the method of assessment of efficient use of buildings, structures and non-residential premises of motor transport companies of Belarus. The paper is aimed at identification and accounting of branch specifics of activities by means of accounting of diseconomies of scale, having sufficient force in the sphere of rendering services by freight motor transport.
