Formation of Cellular Structures Made from Perforated Metal Tape

The study concerns the formation of cellular structures made of perforated steel band, as well as technological methods for obtaining cellular structures. A method of through channel parameter evaluation is suggested. The estimation of parameters of cellular structures during deformation is suggested. A possible use of perforated metal materials is considered. Application of waste perforated steel band obtained by stamping for cellular structure creating is proposed. Physico-mechanical properties and geometries of steel bands are described.
