Mobility is very important for individuals in each group of age. European Union has put a goal for sustainable mobility, thinking not only about effective transport modes but also about impact on environment as and human health. As part of European Union, Latvia, as well as other Baltic states, has to develop a mobility plan how to reduce CO2 emission. To develop the mobility plan, firstly human behavior in terms of transport should be understood. Identifying most suitable behavior changes in terms of transportation and examining it through survey, method for specific terms and conditions could be developed and adopted to particular urban place.
