In this article the author propose the description of development process of new device prototype. The device is foreseen for adaptive control of railway crossing device. The detailed analysis of existing control system is made in the article, principle of operation of new device prototype, the process of integration of the new device into the present control system of railway crossing are described, the algorithm of the control operation and PLC control program itself were elaborated as well as the results were analyzed in comparison with the parameters of the existing stations.
