In the professional immovable property valuation practice real estate’s are usually can be valued for many different purposes, in each case using the most suitable approach recommended by professionally binding valuation standards - the market data comparison approach, cost approach and income approach. One of the most well-known purposes of valuation is a real estate valuation (or assessment) for tax purposes or cadastral valuation. Cadastral valuation system and data required for valuation is maintained by public sector.
