Implementation and operation of the industrial risk management system in enterprises subject to the requirements of SEVESO II Directive play a decisive role in ensuring general safety level . It includes both preventive and corrective activities. At the same time the overall industrial risk monitoring in the objects is ensured by the Environment Monitoring State Office (EMSO) , which assesses the risk level of each particular object, draws a conclusion on the existing situation and, where necessary, lays down demands for its improvement.
