Logistics problem of team staffing is very urgent nowadays, because it significantly reduces personnel expenses of the power energy distribution company, without affecting the quality of problem solving. Methods of team staffing offered in this paper can be applied by the enterprises in both industrial and commercial segments, in order to reduce their logistics personnel expenses. Methods of team staffing can be used for different projects, maintenance activities and other activities, connected with team staffing with concrete employees, using certain requirements and being aware of individual skills and characteristics of team members.
