The paper describes experimental measurement of operation two existing heat pumps Junkers TE 60 and Dimplex SI 8TU. The heat pump Junkers TE 60 use open-loop represented by ground water borehole, which flow directly through evaporator. For the second heat pump Dimplex SI 8TU evaporator was warmed up by water brine solution flow in closed-loop system from three vertical boreholes with 60 m depth each. The heating systems for both pumps were done by radiators in first case and by warm floor in the second one. Energy and exergy balances were carried out from characteristic point of cycles.
