Their structures have been confirmed by XRD and DTA has been performed on the obtained powders. Dilatometry has been used to optimize the sintering conditions of the Bi2WO6, Bi2MoO6, and ZnWO4 ceramics. The electrical properties of these ceramics have been investigated by the impedance spectroscopy and Hebb-Wagner technique.
