This paper presents an approach to load modelling in electric power system long-term planning tasks. It is based on limited data person performing calculation can have and offers set of ready-to-use data for easy, fast and accurate modelling. The paper reveals examples of standard load daily profiles and provides method for its transformation to meet power system planning task requirements. The paper also shows the overall load model suitable for medium or large power system load modelling.
