The body mass composition is an important indicator describing anthropometry to allow to assessment human health. The body mass composition is characterized by a balance between energy consumption and dietary intake, it provides information on water homeostasis and specific adaptation processes in the body. Changes of the fat percentages in the body above typical can be a serious health condition change indicator. With the increase of the quantity of fat above the optimal size, significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, arthritis and tumours.
