Multifunctional, Modular and Sustainable Construction in the Coastal Area

The purpose of this article is show how a new contemporary design on the Baltic Sea costal area should be sustainable and multifunctional. The coastal zone is one of the places where should be constructions and buildings with simple functions for example shower, toilet or relaxing space. In this article the term “coastal zone” corresponds to the definition used in the Law on Protective Zones.
