The motivation is a crucial factor and it has a huge role in modern education process. Research and improvement of the definition of sustainability facilitating sustainable development of education process is very significant question in modern life. This research will give a new look to definition of sustainability, will be the source of new scientific ideas and ways of thinking about the modern education process and its sustainable development. Article shows significance of motivation in education process and in modern education system. An adequate sustainability definition can be good beginning for modern motivation based education process, but good motivation can help to minimize risks and to maximize results. Analysis of definitions and interpretations of sustainable development and sustainability, summarizing of principles of sustainability and sustainable education process, will give a huge positive impact to development of education area using sustainability principles. This discussion based research will help to improve understanding of sustainability definition and role of motivation in modern education process. Current research will also help to formulate improvements of sustainability definition facilitating development of sustainable motivation based education process.
