Measuring instrument transformers are very essential part in medium voltage switch board's technology. They are only used for measuring and protection pur-poses, but we can fabricated with AVC Relays to be a unit for detecting and balancing voltage drops and phase angle , mathematically detection if we connect together as an integral part-parallel application set . An automatic voltage reference setting technique, acting on the tap change control of the transformer supplying the network, can be used to address this problem. The voltage regulation technique during full operating load, by using midpoint Buss setting system with (SCADA) automation relays –Data management system acting on the operating of On – Load tap changer of the power transformer will maximize distribution power generation.
