Individual Creativity Research in Professional University and Individual Creativity Increasing by Students’ Integrative Collaboration

The purpose of this article is to provide analysis of the results of students’ creativity potential and to show individual creativity’s increasing on the base of students’ integrative collaboration during the acquisition of the subject Building Constructions in professional university. The article deals with the issue of demand for highly-qualified, skillful and competitive specialists able to work in interdisciplinary team and organize collective work. Quantitative data analysis method were applied for analyzing the change in students’ creative abilities after the pedagogical experiment –tests of creative abilities by E. Torrens. Students’ creativity’s increasing in the experimental class was inferred from the data.
