Nowadays people use a lot of applications based on internet access service in their mobile devices and understanding of the received service quality is important to them. Also, the customer real experience, not only the technical part of the service, is becoming more important for operators. It is very important that operators and end-users `speak the same language' to address the quality of the service. The aim of this research is to offer and investigate the possibility to connect signal and quality evaluation measurements in one measurement system, that could be used by operators, end-users and regulatory authorities and would be more informative that separate signal and QoS measurement systems. In this research authors also analyse the results of the measurements for urban environment. The research can be used by mobile network operators, students, Regulatory authorities as a reference for internet access service measurement technics.
